Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026 · Compliant with Law 21.719

This policy explains what personal data we process at Boostify, for what purpose, on what legal basis and how you can control it. It is written in accordance with Law 21.719, which regulates the protection and processing of personal data in Chile and takes effect as of December 1, 2026, replacing the previous text of Law 19.628. For our clients and contacts in Brazil we also apply the LGPD (Law 13.709).

1. Who is responsible for your data

That email is the official channel to exercise your rights, ask for explanations or file a complaint. It is read by a person, not a form.

2. What data we process and where it comes from

We do not ask for or want sensitive data (health, origin, beliefs, socioeconomic situation, biometric data or data of minors). If you send it to us spontaneously, we delete it.

Law 21.719 requires that every processing activity have a lawful basis. These are ours:

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf and following our instructions:

We may also disclose data to the competent authority when required by a law or a court order.

5. International transfers

The providers above host information outside Chile, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the data processing agreements and protection clauses each provider signs with us, with the same level of safeguards required by Chilean law. Daniel Camus also operates from Brazil, under the same rules and additionally applying the LGPD.

6. How long we keep it

Once the period ends, they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Law 21.719 grants you the following rights, which are personal, free of charge and non-waivable:

To exercise them, write to us at daniel@boostify.cl from the email you used to contact us, or tell us how to verify your identity. We respond within 30 calendar days, at no cost. If we do not respond or the response does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency, the body that Law 21.719 creates to oversee these matters.

8. Commercial emails

Every promotional email from us states who sends it and how to stop receiving them: simply reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" or write to daniel@boostify.cl. The opt-out takes effect immediately and is permanent.

9. Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies are blocked until you accept them in the banner that appears when you enter. You can reject them all, choose by category or change your mind later by deleting the site's cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies required for the page to work do not require consent.

10. Automated decisions and artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to draft and analyze content. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you, nor do we profile you to assign you different prices or conditions. When an AI agent responds on our channels, there is always a person behind it whom you can ask for a review.

11. Security and incidents

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, access controls, daily backups and server hardening. If a breach were to occur that affects your data and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and report it to the Personal Data Protection Agency without undue delay.

12. Changes to this policy

If we modify it, we publish the new version at this same address with its date. Changes relevant for existing clients are announced by email.
