  • Week 1: Map where your data lives (CRM, accounting, spreadsheets).
  • Week 2: Choose 5 KPIs that will actually change decisions if you track them weekly.
  • Week 3: Build the simplest dashboard that answers those questions.
  • Week 4: Set a weekly 30-minute review meeting. Without a fixed meeting, the dashboard dies.
